Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we're here to help:- Report the issue to our customer support within 30 days of product delivery
- Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
- We'll offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs
- There's no need to return the damaged item
Non-Defective Products
As our items are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products. This includes:- Incorrect sizes
- Change of mind
- Other non-quality related issues
Timeframe
- For domestic orders: Report issues within 30 days of delivery
- For international orders: Report issues within 45 days of delivery
