  • Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • We'll offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs
  • There's no need to return the damaged item

Non-Defective Products

As our items are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products. This includes:
  • Incorrect sizes
  • Change of mind
  • Other non-quality related issues

Timeframe

  • For domestic orders: Report issues within 30 days of delivery
  • For international orders: Report issues within 45 days of delivery
